Wristband Collection
Transfer, Seed & Boss wristbands are collected on Tuesday 25th, at Radio City Valencia (12:00–20:00).

Getting to Tomato Base
Follow your guide and the blue line to reach Tomato Base. From the bus park, the walk to Tomato Base takes approximately 45–50 minutes downhill. After the event, the return walk is uphill and may take around one hour. Take it easy, enjoy the atmosphere, it’s all part of the day.
What to Wear
Closed-toe shoes with grip are mandatory.
We recommend wearing your Festivals All Around shirt.
Sports bra under T-shirt recommended for girls.
Belongings & Showers
Guarded belongings area available.
Street showers after the fight.
No passport or ID needed inside the fight.
Food & Payments
Food & drinks available throughout the day.
Cash and card accepted at Tomato Base.

Return to Valencia
Buses depart at 17:00. Please be on time to travel back with the group.

What time does La Tomatina start?
The tomato fight starts at 12:00 noon and lasts for one hour, ending at around 13:00.
Where is the meeting point on Tomatina Day?
For SEED, CHERRY, and BOSS Packs:
Meeting point is at the IVAM Museum (Valencia) at 06:30 a.m.
For the SLEEPY Pack:
Pickup is directly at the hotel.
*For TRANSPORT Pack, Meeting time will be at 08:00, same location.*
Is transportation from Valencia included?
Is there a place to rinse off after La Tomatina?
What should I bring to La Tomatina?
Trust us when we say this: you only need a few things. Take note:
Please put all your wristbands on as soon as you have them.
Only bring a bank card if you plan to use it. You can pay with a card at our Tomatinabase, or bring cash; 100€ will be more than enough.
If you want a spare t-shirt to change if you want after the fight ends.
Closed shoes.
Sport pants with a zip if you can, and if you are a girl, a sports Bra under our Festivals all around t-shirt will be super handy.
If you think it is necessary, bring your phone, but take care, as it is pretty easy to lose it in the middle of the tomato fight.
Travel light – you won´t need much more.
Are there safety rules during the tomato fight?
Yes. La Tomatina is a very crowded event, so basic awareness is important. Inside Tomatina street, sadly, there are always some bad people (thieves) who come in groups to steal things like phones, wallets, neckless and items like that, so be aware of where you put your belongings. The best recommendation is to leave them at our safe & guarded cloakroom service at Tomatobase.
Follow your guides, respect other participants, and if you need assistance, medical staff are present throughout the event.

The bus departs from Buñol at 17:00, and we should be back in Valencia around 18:00, depending on traffic.
This gives you time to rest, shower, and recover before the night events.

Smart Money Management: How to Keep Your Cash Safe and Accessible
First of all, don’t take giant wads of cash to La Tomatina. The money you do take, however, should be placed in a zip-lock bag and shoved deep inside your pocket, OUR recommendation is 60€ to 100€, which should be more than enough to get some food and drinks. So keep it in your pocket or be smart and simply leave with your bag at our lockers service at our HQ. Secondly, several people carry their money in waterproof cases designed for their phones and then hang it around their neck (simply put it between your T-shirt and your chest, money should be placed out of sight. Remember, where there are loads of people, there is always someone with bad ideas, just be smarter than them.
Staying Safe Among the Crowds: Navigating La Tomatina Street Wisely
There will be about 20,000 to 22,000 people at La Tomatina Street and even if it looks chaotic, it’s all pretty safe. Our recommendation is to be aware of where you locate yourself. If you decide to be at the center of La Tomatina, the street will get super crowded and intense, just mind a bit where you locate yourself, but get ready to have an awesome, messy, and super fun adventure.
It´s important to remember that there will be around 120 tons of tomatoes, which means a wonderful chaos, but you need to accept that maybe some tomatoes are going to hurt a little. As well, it´s really important to crush the tomatoes with your hand before you throw them, it will be much better for everyone.
