very important stuff you need to know & useful information!
- For Packs *CHERRY and BOSS* you must pick up your welcome pack with everything included on Tuesday August 27th at our HQ in Central Valencia from 9 am to 8 pm at Radio City Valencia.
- It is absolutely forbidden to enter la Tomatina with any kind of bag or backpack.
- Be at the pick-up point at 6:30 am with the rest of the festivalgoers, once all buses are loaded we take off for Buñol!
- Departure time 7:30 am approx.
- For Tomatina day, the meeting and drop-off point are at Ivam Museum in central Valencia.
- Bus back from Buñol at 4 pm, arriving back in Valencia 5 pm approx.
- Do not Miss The Official La Tomatina After Party at night in Valencia, you have the entry ticket included with all our packs.
- Only bring the things you need! You will not need passports or laptops!
- Buñol is about 43kms away from Valencia, it will take about 1 hour bus ride, time to chill before the madness begins.
- Bring some cash to the festival for drinks and food, or whatever you might want!
- Do not wear flip-flops!
- Wear closed-in shoes you don’t mind throwing away!
- Wear old clothes or clothes you aren’t planning on wearing again.
- Expect your clothes to be torn off!
- If you are planning on taking pictures a waterproof camera is a must or a Waterproof bag can be purchased at our headquarters.
- Buses will return from the festival at 4 pm! IF YOU MISS THE BUS WILL HAVE TO FIND YOUR OWN WAY BACK!

- 06:30 Meet us at the IVAM Museum. Depart approx 7:30am, be there soon enough as you will meet with about 1000 people, but no worries there are seats for everyone.
- As soon as we arrive in Buñol, our guides will guide you to our headquarters in Buñol, let the awesomeness begin!
- 9:30 Welcome to our Funzone where the party will start with music, drinks, food, our Famous Batucada and much more while we warm up for the awesome battle is about to Begin.
- 12:00 La Tomatina begins, get ready to get messy and enjoy it like a kid.
- 13:00 Once the last tomato has been thrown, get back to our HQ, time to recover energies and keep the adventure going on.
- 16:00 BUSES DEPART back to Valencia!!
- 17:00 Back in Valencia. Shower and SIESTA time!
- 22:00 La Tomatina Official After Party (entry included with your Festivals all around wristband) we’ll send this festival out the only way we know.. EPIC!
